Orion
All ORION barrels are made to order according to each customer’s specifications and toasted according to their wishes.
Under the expert eye of Franck Monteau, the wood is transformed into the best quality ORION barrels with the desired thickness and grain. The French oak comes mainly from central France. The customer has the option of choosing a specific forest or assemblage of forests for each barrel: Allier, Jupilles, Tronçais, Fontainebleau, Vosges, and occasionally Nievre and Bertranges, are all available.
