Depalletiser

The depalletiser for empty bottles is the first machine in the bottling line; it picks up empty bottles directly from the pallet coming from the glassworks.

This is one of the most important machines in the plant and also meets the requirements of today’s production companies:

The machine can be configured in a variety of ways depending on the type of production and the space available for installation:

– Semi-automatic depalletiser: the operator controls the main movements of the machine; ideal for productions up to 5,000 bph;

– Automatic Depalletizer: all operations are carried out automatically by the machine while the operator performs a pure control and screening role in addition to loading the pallets of bottles into the designated area; ideal for productions from 5000bph to 20,000bph;
