HEADING POSTS
Thanks to its many advantages for the winegrower, the steel end post quickly established itself as an excellent substitute for concrete and wooden posts. It is easy to plant, lightweight, multifunctional as it is already prepared to accommodate the various accessories for different vineyard configuration requirements, and eliminates the need for nails and ties. The steel post guarantees superior stability, greater elasticity and resistance to the greatest stresses caused by mechanisation. The numerous customisations in terms of profile, dimensions and coverings make it adaptable to all types of environment and landscaping requirements.
In the central part, the most important innovation of the end post is the eight round steel rods welded to the post, which give it extremely high stability and resistance to torsion. These round steel rods allow the wires to be easily and safely attached. By using the chains you can create an excellent solution for tensioning the wires. Crossbars have been welded to the underside to increase the stability of the post in the ground. The crossbars also allow the interlocking plate to be mounted without any problems. This saves a lot of time and money, as there is no need to buy additional accessories to attach the wires.

It can be used as an end post and is a perfect replacement to traditional concrete posts usually found in vineyards and orchards.

Grazie ai numerosi vantaggi per il viticoltore, il palo di testata artos si è affermato già poco dopo la sua introduzione sul mercato.
Grazie alla salda posa nel terreno e l‘ampia larghezza frontale, e al suo particolare profilo il palo di testata artos garantisce una stabilità superiore. Se il palo viene piantato a 90 cm di profondità o più, resiste anche alle più forti sollecitazioni. La decennale esperienza nell‘utilizzo di vendemmiatrici confermano la stabilità del palo.
Il palo di testata artos è zincato a caldo (singolarmente), per cui non presenta bordi di taglio soggetti a corrosione, garantendo così la massima durata. Il rapporto di collaudo DLG N. 4922 conferma che il rivestimento di zinco ha uno spessore medio di 87,6 μ.
Nella parte centrale troviamo l‘innovazione più importante del palo di testata che sono le otto asticelle in acciaio a sezione circolare saldate al palo, che gli danno una stabilità e resistenza alla torsione estremamente elevata. Queste asticelle in acciaio a sezione circolare permettono di agganciare in modo semplice e sicuro i fili metallici. Con l’utilizzo delle catenelle potete creare un ottima soluzione per tendere i fili. Nella parte inferiore sono state saldate delle barre trasversali per aumentare la stabilità del palo nel terreno. Le barre trasversali permettono inoltre di montare senza problemi la piastra ad incastro. Si ha un notevole risparmio di tempo e denaro, in quanto non sarà necessario acquistare altri accessori per agganciare i fili metallici.
Su richiesta di molti viticoltori offriamo ora anche una seconda versione dei nostri pali di testata con i ganci (asticelle in acciaio a sezione circolare) che non sporgono oltre il profilo del palo.
Il palo di testata artos è anche perfettamente adatto per lavori di riparazione.
É facile da piantare e non è necessario l’utilizzo di chiodi. L´elevata resistenza alla torsione rende questo articolo eccellente per i frutteti.
