Selectiv’ Process VISION is an optical sorting system of harvested grapes (color and shape analysis) that allows selecting the grapes to be used for vinification according to the objectives of the winery and the initial quality of the harvest. It is a customized sorting system.

It is possible to preserve only the intact and ripe berries or to modulate the sorting by accepting also crushed grapes or the ones with pedicel. The user-friendly interface allows you to change the selection parameters easily.
